Add sepsis screen to trauma assessment in ED

Sepsis screening is a standard of care for all patients. It would be nice to have it embedded in the trauma assessment for ED so nurses do not need to utilize another form.

Patient Education saves when printed

It would be beneficial that if a patient education document is printed to have it automatically saved in the chart. Currently there are additional steps that have to be taken to save the document to the chart and also to print.

"denies" option for social history categories in health history.

This would be a nice alternative to only being able to put "Never" if a patient states they do not have any substance abuse or smoking.
