Add reflex ability to Notes

more and more nurses and CNA are using Notes in ED. If the Note could reflex like Flowsheets and electronic forms can do it would be so much better.

Hover for comments on med rec

Would be very beneficial to be able to hover over a med in the medication reconciliation and be able to see a comment if one is there. Currently we have the comment bubble indicator but you have to click into the med to see what it is.

Ability to change discharge med rec

It is notorious that providers will add another medication for patients to use at home upon discharge. Once the Med Rec is done, it is done. Would like the ability to modify it so that meds print out correctly for the patient.

Require Vital Sign before medication is administered
