Population Health Platform go RHCs that will interface with various vendors to transmit quality data.

in a RHC, there are may quality incentives, especially when partnered with an ACO. A population health platform that would allow us to see quality data and transmit that data to the payor or ACO, would really be beneficial.

When you accidently forget to check or uncheck the "patient's own med message", can an HL7 update be triggered so it either sends or unsends it to the pyxis?

Ability to send vitals outbound via HL7.

We use third party tools for Sepsis Screening. We have interfaces or data feeds for every other element in the patient chart except for vital signs. Any data that is entered into Evident should be able to be interfaced or data mined out of it.
