Easy way to get a Report for signed orders, to see when they were signed.

There needs to be an easy way to see all the orders and when they were signed off by the provider for audits, surveys, etc. My idea would be to have it show up in order chronology when you go to review style and choose expanded that it would also show the signed date/time and then of course be able to print that if necessary. Right now you could only see that one order at a time or go to reports and attachments < Nurses Notes < Patient Progress Notes which shows you a lot more information than just the orders.
