Multiple titration protocols available per pharmacy item

You should be able to add multiple titration protocols to each pharmacy item so that indication specific titrations may be selected during order entry. If the frequency and/or rate is "titration" order entry should require the selection of a titration protocol. For example, levophed 4mg/250mL should have a sepsis protocol, post-cardiac arrest protocol and AKI protocol for the provider to select during order entry.
