Patient Photo - Chartlink Photo

Please enhance/upgrade the ability to take a patient photo at registration with newer webcam technology that allows for the picture to be taken and immediately uploaded in to the patient's record as their patient photo. We should not have to manipulate the photo to the desktop and upload to EFM.
