Need highlight, drag and drop in order set build Merged

When building order sets and/or making changes, we desperately need the ability to drag and drop an order and to highlight it in some way so it does not get lost. Some of our order sets are enormous, think hundreds of lines between headers and items. It is horrible to have to single click a random number of times to move the order to where it needs to be, plus it is not highlighted so is so hard to find when mixed in with so many lines.
