MDRO Additions Merged

Hello, we would like for VRE and ESBL to be added to the MDRO section. Also, if possible, would you be able to add a box that indicates the location of the infection.

    VRE is currently an option in the MDRO section.

    The ID Panel is not a place for documentation but rather an alert for the clinician like a sticker on a chart or door.
