NEED: Add ability to print any order as an order req from Order Chron. This would be formatted or based on current functionality for the Future Orders order requisition and applicable for any order type (nursing, pharmacy, ancillary) and would be available for any hospital, clinic or released future orders.
Additional Needs:
Current Order Req header pulls from Clinic Table. If we create logic to apply to all orders (non-Future Orders) then we would need to pull the header from a different table.
2. Add the 'Order Req' action button to the Future Order Detail screen while the order is at 'Pending Future Order' status. Once the order is released, this button should be visible from the Future Order Hx button via Order Detail.

The lack of this functionality is creating significant issues for our ancillary order process for our new Mental Health facility. Since the MH hospital does not have ancillary departments, the providers enter the orders as nursing orders and we need to send the order to the acute care hospital to be performed. Without the ability to print a requisition we are struggling to find a workflow friendly process. (This is the next problem we are dealing with after a failed attempt to use Future orders.....it seems many programming shortfalls related to multiple facility health systems) I see there hasn't been action taken on this suggestion since it was entered over 2 years ago. Please add this to development plans.
