Pharmacy Order Verification - Time in Queue & User Initials column

Requesting the addition of a "Time in Queue", possibly with certain colors after a gvien amount of time. For example would turn yellow at 30 minutes, orange at an hour, etc. for first verification (during pharmacy business hours). Would also like a column that shows if a user is already verifying the order. We have multiple pharmacists verifying orders at a time, and this would help with efficiency.
