It would be helpful to be able to change order type (verbal/telephone/etc) through the system menu. It would be even better to be able to change order type in the ancillary schedules.
I agree with this. Currently, in the ancillary modules, there is no option to enter a verbal/telephone order, which results in the order not routing to the provider for e-signature. As a result, ancillary departments have to log in to Web to enter their orders, otherwise the order will not go to the provider for e-signature. This is cumbersome and inefficient for the ancillary departments. They should have option for verbal/telephone orders in their ancillary modules!
