Print Report Capability for Problem List in Nursing Chart Masters

We are wanting to update our "Care Plans" a.k.a the Problem List and Goals within the Flow Charts. There needs to be a way to print the Descriptions of all the problems and associated goals to review wihtout having to click into each one and make a list.
