We have had instances in lab, radiology, nursing, etc. where an order has been cancelled by mistake. There should be some way to uncancel an order. We had a situation today where we had a radiology order that was cancelled by mistake, and the report was on it already through an interface. Now we have to get rid of that report, enter a new order, fix it in the PACS, and have it resent through the interface. Mistakes happen, and there should be an easy way to correct them.
