Free texting allowed in Web Client fields that don't hold/process

Certain fields or drop-down areas in web client give the user the impression that they can free text into the field. However, these entries don't hold. An example of this occurring recently was in the Intervention/BG/Carb Diabetic Record area of the MAR. The user was not selecting "Other" to initiate a free text option. Instead, she typed directly into the drop-down because it allowed her to. She didn't realize until later that none of the interventions were recorded on the patient. These fields should either accept free text or not allow the user to initiate the free text.
