Pop-up when administering Hep-B vaccine

A pop-up/ALERT before administering Hep-B vaccine requiring for the nursing staff to confirm that the consent was given by the patient. Although we do use e-forms when documenting the consent, this would be used to double check that it was done before administering the vaccine.
