Physician Reason for Admit / Admitting Diagnosis (AHMC ranked item22/ situation #9914727)
In the Trubridge 22.00 release, a Physician Admit Reason column can now be added to tracking boards. The column will display the Physician Admit Reason(s) entered in either Demographics > Encounter, Tracking Board Registration, or via Order Entry. If multiple Physician Admit Reasons have been entered for a patient, they all appear in the column, separated by commas. The column can be resized to view them more easily.
