When you select no home medications on the medication reconciliation and confirm it, the console card does NOT show no home medications, it shows no data to display, the same as it does when home medicatoins have not been addressed. So it appears it has not been addressed. All staff review the patient care before getting deeper into the chart, so showing accurate information is key to success for us.
The No data display is frustrating to the staff using PDC. If they have no home medication they want it to say no home medications. They also want it to display all home medication not just the medications continued for this visit.
