When a visit is created from the scheduler, you can select the insurance but it doesn't flow over to the visit once it's been created. You've already selected it and entered the financial class but it would be nice if the insurance flowed over to that area as well.
This was programmed with 2105 and works with the auto-create visits through the scheduler functionality. Something to note is that creating an account from the scheduler does not actually create a pre-admit account, it adds the admit date.
The path is: in the appointment's Event Screen insurances already loaded on the patient's Profile will pull into the Insurance box to the right of the screen then the financial classes for that date of service can be loaded in the Insurance financial class boxes to the left of the screen to pull to the account level. If the needed insurance is not in the Insurance box to the right, then they can be added using the green plus sign.
