Review button to click after allergies have been addressed.

If not changed are needed to existing allergies, can hit a review button to stay they were addressed on each visit.

    There is a Verify option within the Allergies application to show the allergies were verified. They can be verified individually or all at once. This can be seen on the Allergy screen and in History.

    There is also a new option that prompts for the Allergies to be verified before OE or med admin.
