Add Weight and Diet to Rounding PDF

I'm looking at the Whiteboard in WebClient and there is the option to print a Rounding list at the top. When we click that we are just wondering if there is a way to add the Weight and Diet to it. Even if it shows on the whiteboard would be fine. This would be helpful during rounding for nurses & providers.
