Medication Reconciliation Report

We need a way to get the Medication Reconciliation Report in Web Client with active medications. Currently can go to reports and attachments>>medication>>Medication Reconciliation Report>>Home medications & All Medications (all medications includes discontinued meds). In TUX we can print home medications and active medications for our doctor to review and check the box for what he wants to continue.
