Match Lab Results View to Comparative Report Placement of Call Read Verify Lines

When we enter [Called | Read back | Verified] data on a HIGH Critical result, it appears correctly on the Comparative Report. However, in the Lab Results view, that entry is at the bottom of the screen AWAY from the actual result. See attached screenshots for reference.
