We are required to enter sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) information. There is not a report that will capture this data. A report would be beneficial for the following reasons: 1. New process monitoring - is the process implemented actually being done. 2. If the data is requested by CMS or included in a future measure it can be pulled from the EHR with ease.
it would also be nice to be able to see if these are already answered without having to click in.
