Is Registration or the department releasing the orders? We have our registration create the account, but the departments release the orders when the patient arrives. In System Admin security, Behavior, there is Release Future Orders which allows them to only release their department orders, or Release All Future Order Types which allows them to release all regardless of the department that the staff are in. Radiology, Laboratory, and Cardiopulmonary have the Behavior for that role to release future orders, but not all future orders.
