Flowchart mark up to stick with entries during a time of care

It would be helpful if the markups on flowcharts stick from entry to entry. when performing wound care or tracking pain levels, it would be nice to know that "wound A is always wound A" this will help keep consistency with documentation for trending and being able to follow improvement.
