Allow providers to sign multiple patients orders at one time in the clinic

It would save our providers time and a lot of clicks if they could sign multiple patient orders at one time in the clinic, similar to how they can in the hospital setting.

    I feel like they could be placed in the same queue as "E-Sign folder" to be signed and sorted by what the patient's stay type is.
