Add MEWS score to Patient Banner

This would be helpful for all staff to see the current MEWS score similar to seeing the BMI on the patient banner. This would update every 4 hours in conjunction with vitals being performed. Staff would not have to go back into a flowchart to see the patient's current degree of illness.
