Add name of who entered verbal order on Esign Que

When our providers are signing any verbal orders input by nursing or pharmacy staff, they are able to double click on the line item and see the order information but they cannot see who actually entered the Verbal order. In the event, we have verbal orders for narcotics especially, our providers want to make sure they know who entered the order so if they have questions about the order before they sign it, they can address the person who entered the order.
