Multifactor Authentication for onsite login

A while back, we had some security issues where we wanted to use multi-factor authentication on-site. I was informed that this function is currently unavailable on the UX version or the web client when used locally. It works great offsite in the web client. It seems daily, there are hackers stealing passwords worldwide. Recently 10 billion passwords were stolen and released on the dark web. For the security of our patient's information, are there plans to make with MFA on all logins (local and offsite) at some point?
