An easy way to organize and extract documentation done in the flowchart

It would be beneficial to have a better way to extract data entered in a flow chart and an easier way to review data when documenting in notes. Especially if the flow chart uses the Nursing Chart Type, as information entered by multiple departments is not organized in an easily accessible way. If a patient is in-house for a couple of months, it is very time-consuming for a provider to go through reports and attachments to review data. If they go to clinical history, it is even more difficult to look for specific department documentation.
