Create a report for Attachments

A requirement of my staff is that they upload their confirmations and packing slips into purchase orders. It would be awesome if a report existed that could tell me all POs created within a time frame, if an attachment was uploaded into that PO, the title of the attachment, date uploaded, and name of employee.
