FUTURE ORDERS DEFAULT TO PROBLEM LIST

I think it would be nice to have the button for future orders reason to be sticky instead of defaulting to favorites. Patients have different problems and reasons for orders. Each provider has different preferences and most of the time my providers are using the problem list.
