Demographics in Notes Doc Header

It would be great if the patient's demographics would pull to the header in the Notes Doc as it does in the Clindoc documents (Patient Name, DOB, MRN, Account#, Admit Date and Discharge Date) - The Notes Doc only pulls (Patient Name, DOB, MRN, Account#, and Note Type). Physicians constantly complain of having to enter these dates. You could insert the demographics insert each time or save to a template, but standard practice should automatically include this in the header.
