Note for lab orders

There needs to be a section on lab orders that I can add a note to lab. For instance, if a patient has had elevated calcium, I am having them redraw and I only want Parathyroid added to labs if calcium is still elevated, I need a way to communicate that to lab.

Or maybe a patient needs their CBC drawn in a blue top tube bc they have clumping platelets, etc.
