Need to be able to filter V/S entries

I would like to be able to choose a certain vital sign/data entry and look at trend. For instance, when a patient is admitted to hospital, they may have many b/p and HR entered, but I want to see my patients last 4 weights from regular clinic visit. I would like to be able to click to see only the weight, or only the BMI, not a set of V/S.
