In Notes application, there needs to be a filter option to pull what Medications were GIVEN (with Date/Time) as documented on eMAR or through Order Chron Administered. The current filters of ordered and start date/time does not capture if and when a medication was given.
YES, I AGREE! WHEN SENDING NOTES/INFO TO TRANSFER FACILITIES FROM THE ER, IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A FILTER THAT PUTS THE DATE/TIME THAT THE MEDICATION(S) WERE ACTUALLY GIVEN IN THE NURSES NOTES. I'VE ONLY FOUND THAT WE CAN SEND THEM A REPORT, BUT IT IS NOT EASY TO READ.
Running into the same issue; the current filters to do all pull the appropriate data to the notes. Status of completed/active missed certain orders, frequency and start date/time also do not allow us to pull meds that were GIVEN today only (if is a reoccurring account), it shows all or nothing for data. Please add this option!
