Clinical History - Image Titles

When you go to clinical history there are a small amount of ways to divide up the documents to see what you want. Example - MR, Documentation, EForms, Lab, etc. We should be able to see all of our Image Titles in a pick list to filter out documents and find documents easier. We choose to name most of our documents as we think an image title such as Referrals for example is too broad, so we scan to the image title of Referrals but name the document the best we can with the character limits that there are. If we would be able to choose the image title of Referrals for example and see every single thing that was scanned under the image title of Referrals, then we would see all the documents and more easily find what we are looking for. This needs to be changed so that everyone can find these documents easier. A good example was the way it was on Healthland Centriq where all the image titles/dividers were listed on the left hand side of the screen and you could pick and choose which ones you wanted to see.
