Omit vs Override reasons > OTHER to prompt for free text

When on the EMAR: 1. If a med is omitted, the reason is required, and if OTHER is chosen from the dropdown box, it prompts the user for a free text reason. This pulls to a report and the information is viewable and more accurate since they can free text if a different option does not meet the criteria. 2. If a med is given late, the warning/override table does not prompt for additional information. We orig. had OTHER listed in this table, but removed it b/c that was the only thing that would show, was OTHER if it was followed up on later on.

**The ask/request is can the use of OTHER from the override warnings table prompt for a free text reason like it does for if Omitted is selected.

We are limited on the # of answers we can list in this table, so to have every option available is not doable. I've attached screenshots to help explain the issue and what we are trying to resolve. TY
