Have all esignatures pull from one location

Electronic signatures/names pull from all over the place.

MR - pulls from Physician Security pg 1 Signature, but not credentials - so you have to enter credentials on sig line also.

Notes - pulls the name from their Login name in system admin, but credentials comes from physician security pg 1 tables.

Notes for non providers - credentials comes from HR payroll set up.

Notes Reports pulls signer name from login (system admin) last name, display name. So ours report as LAST, FIRST LAST - BUT no credentials
