After going through the situation process, sometimes lengthy & frustrating but not always, troubleshooting issues and in the end to be told told there is nothing they can do and to add it to Dream Factory for votes. At least add the capability to link the two. I don't have time in my day entering situations then entering Dream Factory suggestions on repeat
This is needed! Also, allow the cpsi frontline customer service representatives to vote and comment as well!
This is a great idea. We currently have a situation regarding an issue with obtaining electronic signatures with our Topaz as well as it saving the signatures when the form is completed. Having that show up in Dream Factory so we can see if someone else has the same issue and has created a new idea as it is happening would be a wonderful tool for all of us.

Creating a link isn't something we can do right now, but I did change the status of this to Open for Comment, as we may revisit it in the future.
I understand the concern, though, and contacted one of our Chapter Leads to make them aware. They will discuss this in a future meeting as a potential change in their support processes.
