In Prescription Entry tab, allow Sort option to continue to Unprocessed if any, but then allow it to be stickly

Users at our site have asked if the sort could stay on Med Name instead of Start Date. It would help if this was sticky so that different users and roles could default it as needed. But please leave Unprocessed as default if there are any still unprocessed.
