Patient Consent/Privacy Settings

the informaiton in this screen either needs to be added directly to the census/person profile screens or registration screens need to be added to this new screen which would update the registation process to streamline.

These screens and certain information within them such as citizenship need to have the ability to be set to required since this is a executive order beginning in 3/1/25 and Texas is required to collect/report beginning 11/1/24.

Adding to the patient consent/privacy setting screen rather than directly to the person profile or census screens makes it difficult for the registar as they are now having to go to a different area this isn't effiecent or effective.
