All screens need to identify the facility

We are a health system with multiple facilities. It is imperative that ALL SCREENS identify the facility the user is working in. There are WAY too many that don't do so, including some very important tables. I am concerned that this won't get much traction here as many cpsi facilities are stand alone entities, but I am hoping that those who have multiple facilities will respond. This should be standard 101, not need to be a "dream" request.
