Add MAR button or "Last Given" button to pharmacy order entry screen

When pharmacists are entering or verifying orders they need to know when the last dose of a med may have been given in order to enter the correct start time. If they enter it incorrectly a dose could get duplicated or missed by the nurse. There is a tab for the pharmacist to look at the profile, but there is no way to see the last dose unless they save or cancel the order. Pharmacists need a button or tab in order entry that will go the MAR or something else that can show the time/date of the last dose.
