It would be wonderful to be able to drill down further with the access users have to other's situations. Having "Admin", "Standard" and "Limited" access still allows some users with too much access to view situations that do not pertain to them or does not give them enough information with limited access. Allowing Admins to be able to assign access by other user's email addresses or some other form of identification would open up the world to some who need to access to a co-workers but not an entire department's situations and closing down part of the world to some would be an amazing feature. I hope others agree.
YES! We have 2 pharmacist and they cannot see what they are working on together because we (admins) will not give them access to everything. There are also staff who call in situations (lab, radiology, home health) and the director with the login cannot see it unless they created it. If we could assign users within departments or if we could select which categories a user could view would be helpful.
