Enhance alternate language capabilities and visibility

-Please integrate ability to convert discharge instructions into other languages (not just education documents). Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act will require capability to provide language aid to patients in the 15 most common languages in the state. The entire discharge document should be able to convert to another language, not just the education documents.

-Also, the education documents can be pulled into numerous different languages by clicking "Clinical Knowledge", but end users have to know and remember that. I am recommending that the "Clinical Knowledge" button be renamed to reflect it's functionality of being able to convert to alternate language as well.
