We had to make screen shots and give step by step instructions for everyone that uses it because of the difficulty level, and because it is so "final" when it's done, and if it's not done right it's a hard stop for so many things. Anytime anyone hears "med rec" you can see a visible cringe on anyone within earshot.
The formulary --> non formulary crosswalk could work more smoothly for sure. Sometimes the back arrow makes a physician lose everything if they change their mind. That needs to change. Also there should be a better way for them to select the "Patients own med" buttons that doesnt include clicking into each order to check the box. I think TruBridge would benefit from asking for provider feedback on their main painpoints during this process.
