It would be beneficial if there were a lock note option within Thrive. I know this has been added to Dream Factory specifically for behavioral health and psychology, but we could also utilize this function in our RHC. Anyone with access to notes can edit and change a provider's note. We also have patients who wish to have complete confidentiality throughout their visit, and we cannot provide that to our patients within Thrive.

We have applied behavior security to deny users the ability to edit other people's notes. However, it did not work for us, as our LVNs/CMAs open the clinic notes to enter the beginning part of the note and then draft it for the provider to pick up and finish their portion. What we want is to be able to lock a provider note once it is signed so that no one can open it and make changes to it.
Thanks Keisha! We do have a behavior security that can be set to DENY users the ability to edit other people's draft notes. Is the scenario you're referring to something you would want to be set as-needed or on-the-fly? And not something you would want these particular users to always be denied for?
