Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity SOGI to pull into other visits

Right now, having to address Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in each chart. If they have been here before and they return these should remain. This is entered by a link in the ID Panel that links to Health History > Social History > Sexual History area.

    I have looked into this one further and tested. Health History including these fields exists at the profile level already. These answers should and based on my testing do persist for future visits.
    Could you please provide more details as to when and where these fields are updated and do not update subsequent visits.
