Easy way to add nursing notes and discharge instructions to Notes application

It would be helpful if there were an easy way to import discharge instructions or other patient progress notes content directly into a document in the Notes application. Currently, users have to go to Reports and attachment, open the document and then return to the Notes application to paste it. This process involves too many steps, and the pasted content is not formatted correctly.
